• Design & develop food processing equipment for R&D tests
• Design statistical experiments to test ingredients and process parameters to optimize product and process
• Execute concept commercialization product/process development projects (internal and coman).
• Work very closely with team members to accomplish project goals
• Collaborate with Cross-functional teams delivering against enterprise mission
• Mentor junior team members to learn engineering technical skills
