JOB OVERVIEW Join our team as a Food Process Operator at our Belleville, Ontario facility. In this full-time, hourly role, you’ll support the safe and efficient production of high-quality food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy working as part of a team. HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Operate and monitor automated production equipment to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Perform routine quality checks, basic troubleshooting, and equipment changeovers. Follow sanitation, GMP, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and organized work area. Accurately document production data and communicate effectively across shifts. Work collaboratively within a team to support production goals and continuous improvement efforts. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience in a production or food processing environment. Ability to work 12 shifts and rotate every two weeks from day to night which will include weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions. Effective communication skills, basic math proficiency, and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including environments that may be hot, humid, wet/slippery, or dusty. Preferred Qualifications: College Certificate or Diploma in Manufacturing, Technology, or completion of a Food Process Operator Apprenticeship Program. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
