EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 3 year in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an organised, efficient, and reliable Food Production Chef to join our team! This role consists of food production and assisting the Food Production Manager in daily operations.

  • Mainly daytime shifts, with occasional evening and everyother weekend.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Food Production & Development – Follow recipes and specifications with no deviations to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Stock Management – Track and maintain stock levels efficiently.
  • Recipe Yield & Allergen Management – Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist the Food Production Manager – Support daily kitchen operations and food development.
  • Basic Admin Work – Good understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel required.
