OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated food production members to join our growing team. As a vital part of our kitchen staff, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality grab and go sushi. Please note we are not a restaurant and this is a post for a central kitchen/production facility.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is an asset.
• Ability to work well efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Assist in the preparation of food products according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
• Help with inventory management by receiving and storing food supplies appropriately.
