THE ROLE

We are seeking a Food Production Operative to support the preparation, manufacture, and packaging of our meat products. This hands-on role includes making sausages using the latest machinery, preparing customer orders, assisting with incoming/outgoing stock, and maintaining excellent food hygiene standards.
Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, full training will be provided—and for the right person, there’s a clear pathway to career progression within our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and manufacture products, including sausage making using modern equipment
• Pack meat products and prepare customer orders accurately
• Assist with stock rotation, incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Follow all food hygiene and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness across the production and storage areas
• Work collaboratively with the team and independently when required
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
