OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food safety protocols and HACCP standards, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge and basic mathematical skills to operate machinery effectively and maintain production efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in food production or a similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
  • Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and recording data accurately.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while adhering to strict deadlines.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organised work area.
