PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – FOOD MANUFACTURING

Location: Eastern Market, Detroit, Michigan
Shifts: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM; 2nd | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
Signing Bonus: $2,000

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at our Eastern Market facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s spent at least 5 years supervising teams in food manufacturing and is ready to lead from the floor—not from behind a desk.

• Lead and support a team of 40+ employees in a busy, high-volume production environment
• Communicate goals clearly and keep the team focused on safety, quality, and hitting targets
• Coach, train, and guide your team—building trust, accountability, and consistency
• Identify challenges on the floor and implement smart, practical solutions
• Ensure every product that goes out meets our high standards and regulatory guidelines
• Promote a safe and respectful workplace, and ensure compliance with all company policies
• Maintain accurate records and work closely with other departments to keep things moving smoothly
