The Food Program Specialist assists the administrative team to maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations and requirements in the operation of a food program. This position is responsible for the supervision of kitchen and food delivery staff members, training new staff members, developing menus and collaborating with outside kitchens. The Food Program Specialist is responsible for the monitoring, tracking and ensuring compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
