POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Brand Promoter to represent Soul Pantry in leading supermarkets. The ideal candidate will be a female, Arabic-speaking professional who is confident, approachable, and passionate about healthy snacks. She will be responsible for promoting products, engaging with customers, and driving sales at retail locations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Female candidate (as per brand representation needs).
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken) and conversational in English.
• Prior experience in promotions, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in supermarkets for long hours, including weekends if required.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance.

• Represent and promote Soul Pantry products in supermarkets and retail outlets.
• Engage with customers in Arabic and English to explain product benefits, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
• Conduct sampling and tasting activities to drive brand awareness.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of products in-store.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report shortages to the sales team.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold professional behavior at all times.
• Support in achieving sales targets and promotional goals.
