Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Food Quality Inspector, you will be the key link between suppliers and retailers, ensuring only the best-quality produce reaches consumers. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ ️ Inspecting fresh and prepared produce in a goods-in distribution warehouse (often in a chilled environment).
✔ ️ Assessing quality against client specifications, including size, condition, freshness, packaging, and weight
✔ ️ Using our digital inspection app to record details and non-conformances accurately, submitting data to our HQ
✔ ️ Communicating clearly and effectively with colleagues, warehouse teams, and clients.
✔ ️ Working independently while ensuring quality standards are upheld.

  • Mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile for all travel away from your base location
  • Comprehensive training and all equipment provided
  • Work across multiple locations
  • Weekly travel to sites in Enfield and Waltham Abbey
  • Flexible schedule – average of 2 days per week, 16 hours tota
