FOOD QUALITY OFFICER – TECHNICAL TEAM

We’re seeking two dedicated Food Quality Officers to join our Technical Team, reporting to the Technical Manager. You’ll ensure our bakery and warehouse operations meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, legality, and authenticity, working with BRC and HACCP systems, auditing processes, managing shelf-life testing, and supporting labelling compliance.

• AM – 04:45 to 13:15 (Mon – Friday) 30 minute lunch
• PM – 15:00 to 23:30 (Mon - Thursday), 13:00 to 21:30 (Friday) 30 minute lunch
• This is a Full time role
