• Set up tables
• Remove dishes, glassware, and cutlery from tables
• Inform the waiters when dishes, items or beverages are not available or will be delayed from the galley
• Inform the waiters about any event that may occur during the service time or request from guests that needs special attention
• Clean and sanitize the work station and its equipment according to the company’s standards legal rules
