JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic hostess and service support staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, including host/host experience.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices within a hotel or restaurant setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette when handling reservations or guest inquiries.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the host/host team by managing guest flow during peak times.
  • Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS for order tracking when necessary.
