THE JOB: As a Food Runner at Beach Bar & Grill in Mandalay Bay, you will support a relaxed, open-air dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately throughout the poolside setting. In this role, you will provide courteous service while ensuring each dish is presented with care and reaches the correct guest in a timely manner. You will be prepared to describe menu items and answer guest questions, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable service flow. Through strong awareness, communication, and teamwork, you will help maintain an efficient operation and a comfortable, well-paced dining experience for every guest.
