You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to facilitate smooth operations, contributing to an outstanding dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or culinary environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and meal preparation techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude towards guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

  • Assist in meal preparation when necessary, ensuring all food safety standards are adhered to.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
  • Provide excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Uphold phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering guest queries.
