The front staff is responsible for providing a memorable dining experience for our guests. The candidate has excellent communication skills, is engaging, knowledgeable, friendly and ensure orders are accurate and prepared promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One year experience in a similar role
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to co-operate and work in a team
• Strong multitasking skills
• High school diploma
• Bilingual French and English

• Serve plates to each table
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Support the waiter as needed
• Help with resetting the table and dishware
• Maintain a clean working and dining area
• Comply with all food and beverage regulation
• Other related tasks
