Description Food Runner is responsible for assisting wait staff to ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience for the customers. Primary responsible for physically taking food from kitchen and delivering to correct customers at their tables. This position is an important position as it ensures a smooth and efficient operation. Bussing is responsible for constantly circulating through the entire restaurant looking to see if guests need anything. Cowboy Jacks is conveniently located with scenic views where guests are welcomed by staff with an attentive and friendly smile who genuinely care about your guest experience. Requirements Knowledge of menu item appearance. Plate appearance, placement, and location. Ensure every ticket is reviewed for accuracy according to customer order and for quality before leaving the kitchen. Relaying special notifications, requests, or corrections top the appropriate kitchen staff. Uphold sanitation and food safety principles. Complete AM/PM food runner checklist. Need to handle stress in a fast-paced environment. Need to be able to stand on their feed for shift. Busser needs to clean tables and surrounding area as needed. Tables are always in an orderly manner with full condiments. Assisting duties include refilling drinks, menu counts, bathroom checks, stocking cups.
