We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. SKILLS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial but not required.

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food delivery and address any guest needs or concerns.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and restocking supplies.
