You Are: * Convinced a relationship with Jesus changes everything in a person’s life * Committed to keeping your family as your first ministry * Dedicated in your personal study of God’s Word  * Consistently placing a high priority on worship and your personal prayer life * An excellent and generous steward of your personal finances * Obedient to God to take a Sabbath and make space for soul-keeping * Deeply compassionate towards people who are in need or hurting * Excited about global missions and local outreach - you want to change the world  * A part of a healthy friendship community and accountability circle  * Willing to give up personal pleasures and freedoms in order to live a life above reproach and that is aligned with our Leadership Covenant * Someone who displays a heart to serve while projecting your own personality, while still maintaining an attitude of professionalism that is pleasing and glorifying to God * Someone who is flexible with a heart to be all in * Someone who is willing to work with a high volume of guests within crucial time constraints * Someone if likes being quick on their feet * Some who has a passion for quality food and consistent plate presentation You Will: * Exhibit excellent guest service * You will be required to complete all necessary training as provided by management/trainers * Take direction from chef and manager on duty * Operate POS and Kitchen display system * Safely handle equipment and tools provided * Safely handle and serve hot food promptly * The ability to carry a minimum of three plates with proper training * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line including restocking dishes * Learn menu knowledge  * Clear and maintain dining room as needed  * Assist in clearing dishes in back kitchen area * Ensure all lightbulbs are in working order and change as needed * Maintain work area to meet quality and health standards * Responsible to know and adhere to all grill handbook guidelines  * Become Safe Staff certified * Opening and Closing side work   You Have: * A strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ * Gift of hospitality and service * Teamwork mentality * Excellent verbal communication skills * Encouraged but not required background in food and beverage services * The ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for extended periods of time What you are required to know: * We are an EEO employer. * You may have to bend, sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, pull, push and/or move up to 35 lbs. * This is a part- time TEMP (20 hours/week) hourly non-exempt position. * You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies.   It would be incredible if: * Looking for an opportunity to grow within the ministry  * An eye for details and food presentation  * Loves to be a proactive team member * Self-starter and self-motivated  Work Schedule: Staff culture is important to what we do. This is a requirement for all Food Services staff to work Easter, Mother’s Day, Kids Conf, YE, Back to School Preview Day, COP, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.   TEMP Part Time (20 hours/week)
Responsibilities
The Food Runner is responsible for providing timely and efficient service to guests while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and expo line. They will operate POS systems, handle hot food safely, and assist with kitchen tasks as directed by management.
