What You Will Be Doing * Provides friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests. * Knows all table numbers, stations and floor plans. * Assists wait staff as needed in serving beverages and delivering food to tables. * Responsible for final review of orders for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery to guests. * Clears and cleans tables following guest departures. * Checks table condiments and fill if necessary. * Sets table with appropriate utensils and other necessary items. * Assists guests as necessary. * Performs other food service-related duties, including general cleaning and set up. * Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas. * Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies. * All other duties as assigned. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION * High School Diploma preferred. * Strong Food and Beverage product knowledge. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Ability to lift up to 50lbs. * Ability to stand for 8 hours. * Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays. * May be required to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted. * Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check. * Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
