Description Food & Drink Runner Èlephante – Scottsdale, AZ $12.15 per hour + tips (Manager: enter hourly rate range) Èlephante is seeking Food & Drink Runners to join our team in Scottsdale. Èlephante is a coastal Italian restaurant known for its elevated dining experience, vibrant atmosphere, and high-energy service style. As a destination restaurant, our runners play a critical role in ensuring food and beverages are delivered quickly, accurately, and with attention to presentation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We are looking for team members who are energetic, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency and teamwork. What We’re Looking For Previous food runner, drink runner, busser, or restaurant support experience preferred Experience in high-volume restaurants strongly preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy services Positive attitude and strong sense of urgency Ability to carry multiple plates and stand/walk for extended periods Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests quickly and accurately Ensure dishes and drinks are presented correctly and match tickets before leaving the pass Communicate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to maintain smooth service flow Describe dishes and drinks when delivering to guests when appropriate Assist with clearing plates and maintaining table presentation as needed Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations and expo areas Assist with opening and closing side work Compensation & Benefits $12.15 per hour + tips (Manager: enter hourly rate range) Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth within a growing hospitality group Employee dining benefits Join a team that prides itself on teamwork, efficiency, and delivering a high-level guest experience in a high-energy, destination dining environment. Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to quickly and accurately deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests, ensuring correct presentation according to tickets. Runners also assist in maintaining service flow by communicating with kitchen and service teams and helping with table clearing.
