Job Details Job Location: Cucina Lupo - Carson City, NV 89703 Expo/Food Runner We are looking for a motivated Expo/Food Runner to join our team! You are great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With special attention to the details, you care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere. Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate the preparation and delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely and accurate service. Inspect dishes to ensure they meet the restaurant's quality standards and presentation guidelines before they are served to guests. Verify that each order is complete and correct, including any special requests or dietary restrictions. Act as a liaison between the back-of-house and front-of-house, communicating any delays, changes, or issues with orders. Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed, including running food, clearing plates, and restocking supplies. Maintain a clean and organized expo station, following all health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during service, such as incorrect orders or delays. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic knowledge of food safety and handling Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed The Expo may be exposed to hot and cold temperatures, as well as potentially slippery surfaces.
