As a Food Runner at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. You’ll support the front-of-house team by resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant floor is always guest-ready. Requirements Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables quickly and accurately. Ensure all dishes are presented according to restaurant standards. Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas. Follow all health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods. Weekend and evening availability preferred.

Responsibilities

The Food Runner supports the front-of-house team by quickly and accurately delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests while ensuring dishes meet restaurant presentation standards.
