SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:

• Year-round
• Full-time
• 35 hours weekly
• 4-5 days weekly
• 7-8 hour days

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume fine dining or upscale casual restaurant
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
