This individual is just starting in the restaurant world and seeks to go beyond an understanding of the menu. This person recognizes that a great experience allows guests to focus on enjoying their food and the ambiance so it is important to anticipate and fulfill guest needs before they ask. From swift delivery of food to refilling of drinks, this person creates a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new and inspired outlook on their surroundings. Responsibilities
