Description At Myers Park Country Club, our food runners literally deliver an exceptional dining experience to our membership and guests. Someone in this role is hospitable, energetic, and eager to help. As we get closer to our newly updated facility opening, we are looking to grow our team. Responsibilities: Warmly greets each member with a smile and understands the importance of name recognition Anticipate member needs and be willing to go above and beyond to accommodate them Responsible for expediting all orders in a timely manner Prepare trays with orders by correct seat numbers and ensuring proper condiments and side dishes are provided Transport food from the kitchen to the dining room ensuring that the food matches the order Facilitate proper service techniques, such as serving from the left and clearing from the right Maintain high standard of safety and cleanliness Requirements Qualifications: Excellent communication, hospitable, and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable Must be willing to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays Frequently lift and carry up to 25lbs; occasionally lift and carry up to 35lbs Remain on feet, standing and walking for prolonged periods of time
