Pelican Pete’s is a well-loved tiki-style restaurant on Lake Lanier in Gainesville, GA. At Pelican Pete’s, we’re all about having a good time. As Lake Lanier’s only floating tiki bar and restaurant, we offer a one-of-a-kind waterfront experience featuring unbeatable lake views, live music, and some of the best food and drinks on the lake. Centered around good food, good drinks, and good times, Pelican Pete’s continues to be a favorite gathering place for locals and visitors alike. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the kitchen in finalizing plates as they ready for transport to the guests Transporting food items on trays to guests located throughout the dining room. Checking for guest satisfaction and retrieving any items requested by guests that will improve their dining experience.
