As a Food Runner, you will: Shift: Start time: 4:00pm | Pay: $7.50 per hour + tips (Avg: $18 per hour including hourly wage) Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess. Provides clean china, silverware, and glassware upon request from customers. Sets tables with dishes, linen, flatware, etc., as required. Attends to customer needs/requests (e.g., refilling beverages, condiments, paper products) in a polite and helpful manner. Assists wait staff with tray service as needed. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters. BRING US YOUR BEST. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age. Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. Must have strong customer service/communication skills; must be fluent in English.
