WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a licensed restaurant in UAE
  • Strong knowledge with European Cuisine
  • Knowledge in alcoholic beverages is a must
  • Has a passion for food & beverage
  • Enjoys delivering high quality guest service with a welcoming manner
  • Loves interacting with guests and customers
  • Communicates with fluency in English
  • Committed to serving food of the highest quality
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,650.00 per month

Responsibilities

SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE:

  • To uphold the high standards of service of Restaurant.
  • To provide friendly and courteous service with enthusiasm.
  • To ensure the quality of products served to guests.
  • To demonstrate a positive personality and professional image.
  • To anticipate individual guests’ needs and desires and tailor the service accordingly.
  • To be sensitive and responsive to individual guests’ needs and differences.
  • To maximize sales by making suggestions and helping the guests to make choices.
  • To exercise responsible selling and consumption of alcohol by the guest in accordance with local laws.
  • To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests.
  • To ensure that every visit of the guest becomes an experience.
  • To ensure constant and timely table turnover.
  • To always observe and practice teamwork.
  • To achieve total guest satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Arrive punctually, in proper attire, and prepare to begin shift.
  • Ensure the server stations are well stocked, organized, and presentable.
  • To ensure that the food items as ordered by the customers reach their tables without delay in a highly presentable manner.
  • To have the table cleared as the dishes are consumed.
  • To extend necessary support to the waiters and kitchen staff.
  • Perform all other duties as required by the business.
