As a food runner/expo, your ultimate goal is to run hot food to the correct table and the server will hand out food to the guests. Because you are the last of the staff to see the meal before it reaches the customer, it's important for you to know exactly how each dish is supposed to look. Responsibilities: Delivers an amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations. Delivers food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables rapidly and accurately. Explains dishes and ingredients to guests upon delivery. Ensures orders are being prepared with the correct priority. Takes pride in plating food properly while executing perfect plate presentation, ensuring all necessary condiments and garnishments accompany the dish.
