Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a high-end restaurant preferred
Current Food Handler’s certification
Friendly, courteous, and well-spoken
Works well with a team
Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
An appetite for growth and further knowledge in the food and beverage field
Operate with passion, integrity, and respect for both internal team members and external guests
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
Display a warm, personalized, and caring welcome by greeting all guests you encounter
Deliver all food and beverage to guests in a timely manner
Partner with team members to serve food that meets or exceeds guests’ expectations (correct temperature, presentation, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and food expediting area to safety and sanitation regulations
Reset food expediting area, ensuring all cutlery, plating, and kitchen supplies are properly placed
Stock all necessary areas
Interact with guests in a friendly manner, gauging their requirements then clearly communicating them to the server
Observe guest activity within the restaurant to ensure no delays in service
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader
