Summary The Food Runner creates an excellent dining experience for members and guests by anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner. Provide food and beverage items in a friendly, enthusiastic professional and timely manner. Requirements Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operation. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately, ensuring meals are presented in the best possible condition. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to maintain efficient communication and coordination. Assist in the setup and organization of dining areas, including arranging table settings and ensuring cleanliness. Refill beverages and clear tables as needed to enhance the dining experience for guests. Support servers in various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy service hours. Adhere to the restaurant's sanitation and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining, service station and kitchen areas. Engage with guests as needed, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their dining experience. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications No prior experience necessary, however, previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift trays and navigate the restaurant floor with ease. Follow policies and procedures.
