Responsibilities
Greet every Guest you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner - smile, make eye contact and maintain positive body language
Show flexibility by assisting the team in caring for Guests in whatever way is needed
Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
Ensure Guest safety while they play the game
Take pride in ensuring food items are delivered quickly so they remain hot, fresh and appetising
Ensure cleanliness by taking bus carts to the kitchen for clearing, then returning bus carts to the tee-line
Work as one team with the Kitchen by completing side-work specified by the Senior Chefs
Assist the Expo line if required
Assist the Stewards with putting away equipment once washed
