• Be the Expert: Lead the BRCGS compliance efforts and manage internal and external audits with confidence.
• Drive Food Safety: Implement and maintain HACCP plans, HARA assessments, and other key food safety practices.
• Champion Improvements: Identify trends, resolve non-conformances, and implement cutting-edge corrective actions.
• Empower the Team: Deliver engaging training sessions to ensure everyone is up to speed on the latest standards.
• Collaborate for Success: Work with suppliers, conduct audits, and ensure raw materials meet our stringent quality requirements.
