Your tasks

  • Maintenance and assurance of the proper documentation of all QM/HACCP documents for the companies of the Willms Group according to various requirements.
  • Verification of compliance with all certified standards and requirements, preparation of annual management reports
  • Conducting/participating in internal and external audits and processing action plans
  • Contact person for the responsible food safety authority
  • Conducting export certifications/export applications for third countries
  • Setting and revising training content
  • Creation and planning of validations/verifications
  • Introduction and support of management systems
  • Optimizing processes within the framework of QM

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of food technology or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, professional experience in quality management in the food industry.
  • Strong awareness of quality and hygiene
  • Confident demeanor and assertiveness
  • Communication and teamwork skills

Full job description

Do you want to be the unsung hero behind the scenes and make a significant contribution to food safety? Then you've come to the right place. Together with the QM team, you will ensure that we produce safe baby food and reliably meet international requirements for worldwide export.


As Head of Quality Management, you will be responsible for our quality management system, develop the QM department both professionally and personally, and shape processes where quality is created – not just at your desk. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on work and maintain an overview even during audits, regulatory visits, and multiple parallel projects.

The following tasks await you in the area of ​​quality management:

  • Preparation, execution and follow-up of annual external and internal audits (e.g. IFS Food, BRC Food, organic)
  • Ensuring compliance with all certification standards and requirements.
  • Review and approval of QM documents
  • Management of the Food Safety Management Team (HACCP, Food Fraud, Food Defence) including further development of the FSM plan
  • Internal coordination and processing of the registration of baby food for export to third countries
  • Supervision of regular visits with the local veterinary office
  • Professional and disciplinary management of the QM department
