QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in food safety or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct daily and weekly inspections and audits of food handling practices.
  • Train and develop team members on food safety protocols.
  • Support back of house operations.
  • Weekly updates to executive and leadership teams on food safety coaching.
  • Management of new process and product rollouts from Chick-fil-A.
  • Leading food safety workshops and recurring training.
  • New hire food safety training.
  • Manage AHA systems.
  • Create and implement systems to better food safety practices.
  • Monitor daily SAFE/EcoSure results to highlight problem areas and top successes.
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for cleanliness and food safety improvement.
  • Continuously brainstorm, develop, and implement new ideas for fostering a food-safe environment.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with our local health inspector and EcoSure Representative.
