JOB SUMMARY

To ensure that food safety is embedded into the design, development, and delivery of ice cream processing equipment. The Food Safety Officer will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of food safety processes, ensuring compliance with global food safety standards and customer expectations.
The position is based in Aarhus

• Food Safety Governance & Compliance
• As the subject matter expert you develop, implement, and maintain food safety processes and procedures aligned with global standards + ensure engineering designs and materials are in compliance
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Mechanical Designers and Product Specialists, and
• collaborate with Quality, and corporate Food Safety teams across Tetra Pak to ensure alignment on food safety expectations.
• Risk Management & Validation
• Conduct food safety risk assessments for new and existing equipment designs and follow and support root cause analysis and corrective actions for food safety-related issues.
• Training & Awareness
• Provide training and guidance to engineering and project teams on hygienic design and food safety best practices.
• Documentation & Audits
• Support internal and external audits, including customer inspections and third-party certifications.
