Food Sanitation Specialist Job Description   The Food Sanitation Specialist performs general dishwashing duties to ensure the cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, pots and pans.   Basic Responsibilities: * Clean and sanitize dinnerware, utensils and trays are available to diners without delay * Clean/sanitize all equipment and utensils using mechanical, manual or other established methods. * Performs other duties as assigned.   Additional Responsibilities:   * Adhere to the Company rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook. * Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager. * Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.   Qualifications:   * Must be 18 years of age. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to wash dishes, utensils, and pots and pans within food service environment, * Available to work any schedule during hours of operation to include nights, weekends and/or holidays, * Pass a background check. * Provide proof of identify and authorization to work in the U.S.   Physical Requirements:   * Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Push and pull up to 50 lbs. * Stand and move within assigned work area for 6 to 7 hours per day, excluding breaks and lunch). * Some bending, stooping, and reaching as necessary to complete tasks.   #IND Qualifications Qualifications:   * Must be 18 years of age. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to wash dishes, utensils, and pots and pans within food service environment, * Available to work any schedule during hours of operation to include nights, weekends and/or holidays, * Pass a background check. * Provide proof of identify and authorization to work in the U.S.   Physical Requirements:   * Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Push and pull up to 50 lbs. * Stand and move within assigned work area for 6 to 7 hours per day, excluding breaks and lunch). * Some bending, stooping, and reaching as necessary to complete tasks.
