Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, FSIS regulations, GMPs, SOPs, and food processing.

Responsibilities
Develop and support food applications showcasing ingredient benefits.
Provide technical support to Sales, including customer visits, presentations, and product demos.
Evaluate new raw materials and recommend application opportunities.
Create technical documentation, including brochures and data sheets.
Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.
Train internal teams on ingredient functionality and applications.
