Job Description The Temporary Banquet Food Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests meeting Wynn Las Vegas service standards. Job Responsibilities: Must be prompt and prepared for all schedule events Attend training as scheduled Learn all Wynn Las Vegas Banquet standards Listen to pre-meal briefings Understand Banquet Event Order for assigned functions Maintaining areas and serving food according to Health Code standards Complete opening and closing duties Qualifications Job Requirements: Candidates must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner. 1 year + work experience in a fine dining environment as food server or in a comparable position. Candidates must exhibit F&B and service knowledge. Requires the ability to work efficiently within a team environment and to work a varying schedule as business demands. Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times. Applicants must be 21 years of age or over.
