  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking orders efficiently.

  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Touch Bistro POS, and OpenTable for order processing and payments.
  • Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
  • Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment for guests.
  • Support host/host duties as needed, including seating guests and managing reservations.
  • Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions accurately.
