EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with restaurant dining service standards is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously.
  • Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
  • Sales experience is beneficial for upselling menu items effectively.
  • A willingness to help colleagues in various capacities to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service flow.
  • Assist in training new servers as needed, sharing knowledge of menu items and service standards.
