Description Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Lure, Rumbling Bald is a private community offering exceptional dining experiences to members and guests. If you love working in a beautiful lake & mountain setting and providing great guest service, we’d love to hear from you! Qualified candidates must be available April through November. Positions are scheduled up to 40 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends. As a Rumbling Bald Associate, you’ll also enjoy access to onsite amenities, free golf, and Associate discounts on food, spa services, boat rentals, and merchandise. Essential Responsibilities Greet and serve members and guests in a courteous and professional manner Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure quality presentation Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings Process payments accurately and efficiently Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines Requirements Previous serving experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for alcohol service preferred)
Responsibilities
The primary duties involve greeting and serving members and guests professionally, accurately taking and entering food and beverage orders, and ensuring prompt delivery with quality presentation.
