This role plays a vital part in Head Start, Early Head Start, and Child Care classrooms by preparing, assembling, and delivering meals to both onsite and offsite locations. Key responsibilities include: Supporting daily kitchen operations and meal delivery. Purchasing, maintaining, and keeping accurate records of food and supply inventory. Assisting with meal planning and ensuring safe food handling and sanitation practices. Ensuring compliance with all Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) licensing, health, standards and regulations.
