• Support with food preparation, presentation, and service to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, welcoming approach
• Operate the till and handle cashier duties when required
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and equipment in line with hygiene standards
• Restock condiments, counters, and vending machines as needed
• Follow HACCP and health & safety guidelines, including safe use of cleaning chemicals
• Take part in training to maintain and improve service standards
• Assist with special functions and occasional overtime when required
