• Deliver friendly and welcoming service to colleagues, clients, and customers
• Assist with daily service set up, food prep and serving from our tempting menus
• Taking food orders and preparing orders
• Keep service and dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly
• Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen and storage guidelines
• Provide friendly, efficient customer services
• Serve customers and operate tills accurately
• Ensure stock levels and supplies are maintained during service
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
• Check and record food delivery and safety temperatures
• Support special functions and cover other areas as needed
• Report incidents and customer feedback promptly
