Food Service Business Development Specialist About the Role: This role focuses on driving growth in the Food Service segment through strategic business development, data-driven insights, and strong collaboration across functions. You will identify opportunities, optimize performance, and ensure continuous improvement to achieve commercial success. Professional Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a high bias for action Solid business acumen and organizational awareness Ability to build and maintain strong networks and relationships Excellent cross-functional communication skills Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to identify growth opportunities Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making and strategy development Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to grow Food Service business across national, regional, and area levels Maintain and update weekly Hit List Priority Customers and monitor progress Track and analyze weekly sales performance using data-driven insights to ensure alignment with strategic objectives Collaborate with Regional Managers, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to provide insights and analysis on promotional activities Monitor competitor activities and share commercial insights with Regional Managers and technical insights with Corporate Chef Share best practices across the Food Service team to ensure product quality, technical excellence, and customer benefits Diagnose performance gaps and define corrective actions to drive continuous improvement Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Food Service Desirable Skills: Strong communication skills with structured and clear delivery Positive attitude and collaborative approach High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Data-centric mindset with strong analytical capabilities We understand your resume might not be up to date and recommend that you apply with what you have or your LinkedIn Profile.
