Ferrari Argus House is seeking a Food Service Coordinator to join our team!  Argus House, operated by the Arlington County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, is a community-based group home that serves middle- and high-school-aged adolescents and young adults who are transitioning to independence. Our mission is to offer a behavioral and therapeutic residential program that fosters growth, while keeping clients close to their communities and away from the criminal justice system. A Food Service Coordinator is essential as proper meal planning, nutrition management, and daily family-style meals support residents’ physical health, emotional well-being, and development of positive social skills.
Responsibilities
The Food Service Coordinator is responsible for meal planning, nutrition management, and preparing daily family-style meals for residents. The role supports the physical health and social development of adolescents in a therapeutic residential program.
