REQUIREMENTS

• Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Previous experience in training development is preferred but not required.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a dynamic setting.

• Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Train and develop team members in food safety practices, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Monday-Friday position that orders, prepares and serves food for Child Care program, Wednesday night supper, and other church events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food preparation and handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory, ordering, and menu planning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the food service area.
