As the Food Service Director, you will oversee all aspects of food service on campus, ensuring the highest quality for our students and staff. We are seeking an individual with robust FOH and BOH experience, complemented by strong culinary skills in high-volume environments. A diverse catering background is essential, ranging from simple continental breakfasts to elegant plated banquets and buffet services, with concessions or retail experience being a valuable bonus.
